Are you a clinic or an intermediary?
We're a service that organizes treatment trips to China. We match a partner clinic to your request, arrange flights, accommodation, transfers and an interpreter, and accompany you on site. The medical care itself is provided by the clinic — we're not a medical organization.
How much does treatment cost?
The cost of medical services is set by the clinic, and we can't quote it in advance: it depends on the clinic and the treatment program. When you get in touch, we request an up-to-date quote from the partner clinic for your specific case.
Can the diagnosis and price change on site?
Yes. The clinic re-checks the diagnosis under its own protocols — it may be refined or changed, and the treatment plan and its cost along with it. So the final price becomes clear only after an in-person examination.
What does your service include?
Matching a clinic to your request, arranging the trip — flights, accommodation, transfers — an interpreter, on-site support, and help communicating with the clinic and handling the contract.
How does payment work?
You pay our service fee to us for organizing the trip. Medical services you pay directly to the clinic — we advise on a convenient method but are not a party to the medical transaction.
Do I need to know Chinese or English?
No. At every step — from the first consultation to your clinic appointment — an interpreter is with you.
